Terms of services

GENERAL

  • Please read through my Terms of Services carefully. I have the right to refuse any commission if it violates my Terms of Services or if I think the request is not within my ability.

  • VISUAL references are REQUIRED. I do NOT work with only text descriptions.

  • I do not permit any of my works to be uploaded or used in training to AI, or any AI-related purpose.

  • Tracing my artwork is strictly prohibited.

Can Draw

  • Original Character (Kemonomimi included)

  • Game characters

  • Cartoon characters

Will not draw

  • Furry

  • Ecchi

  • Extreme gore

  • Controversial/discriminative art

PAYMENTS

  • Payment is upfront unless you have worked something out with me.

  • The art is not allowed to be used for merchandise (unless the commission from the beginning specifies that it will be for merchandise)

REVISIONS

  • This is a skeb styled commission. There will be minimal contact after initial discussion and there will be no revisions so please provide clear references.

  • What is skeb?
    Skeb is an art style where there is minimal conversation. You will provide all the information and reference needed, I will give you the art after completion. There will be minimum contact after the initial interaction until the art is completed.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

  • The approximate delivery time of the commissions will be within a month.

  • This product will be done Skeb styled. (For this I ask your reference is precise and clear)

USE

  • All artworks are FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY.

  • Commercial use for advertising or merch incur an extra fee so let me know beforehand.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

  • I reserve the rights to post the product on my socials and on my commission sheet.

  • Artworks may also be worked on during art streams UNLESS communicated beforehand of commission.

  • If reposted anywhere by the client, you agree to credit @kiyuarate as the creator in the post, or in the description of the social media you're using the product on.

  • You do not have permission to edit the drawing in anyway, unless prior stated by me.

REFUNDS

  • Due to the nature of the product, I cannot accept refunds once the project is started.
